This project gave us the opportunity to marry two of our favorite things: research and design with the goal of linking a site design strategy with an outdoor curriculum. We developed this publication to guide a national non-profit childcare center as they establish across the US. Their goal is to bring nature and ‘risky’ play into all of their sites giving their children the opportunity to grow and learn in the outdoors.
